The President shall have political,
economic, social, legal, military and foreign policy Advisors.
The President may have an Advisor on other matters.
An Advisor shall advise the President
on related matters in developing a proposal on Government structure,
composition and changes to it.
They shall assist the President to
exercise the power and execute the manifesto by providing with
true and practical advise on initiating law and resolution drafts,
submitting proposals concerning external and internal issues to
the Parliament, putting veto on laws, and giving directions to
the Government on issues under his consideration.
Advisors shall be fully responsible
for implementing issues, reflected in the election manifesto by
incorporating them in the annual and quarterly working plans of
the Presidential Office.
Advisors shall develop drafts of
orders, decrees, vetoes, speeches, messages, reports, proposals,
directions and other documents of the President and monitor them
in accordance to their policy directions.
Advisors shall suggest and give opinions
to the President on resolving letters, concerns and complaints
of the citizens in accordance to their policy directions.
Advisors to the President shall be
provided with salaries and working condition an equivalent of
that of vice-ministers.
